Return Policy: Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC will accept returns for an exchange or for a refund only if the merchandise is in original purchase condition with its original retail packaging and only within 30 days from the date of shipment. There are NO RETURNS for any COSTUMES purchased. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. All returns must be authorized by e-mail prior to return. You are REQUIRED to have a RA (Return Authorization) number before returning any items for any reason. You may acquire a RA number by emailing us. (please include the name of the person who purchased the merchandise). All returns must include the original receipt or invoice and a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the product. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable and shipping charges for merchandise returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept returns of products damaged as a result of misuse or neglect. Customer may want to insure the package, as Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Customer will receive refund upon our receipt and satisfactory inspection of the merchandise. Any item that Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC determines to have been worn, used or altered will be denied an exghange or return. Any item that has a foreign odor, mark or object will be denied exchange or return. Foreign odors, marks and objects include cigarette or cigar smoke, perfume, body odor, make-up, deodorant marks or stains, dirt, pet hair or any other foreign smell, mark or object.

Cancellation Requests: In an effort to get orders shipped promptly, Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC uses an automated order processing system. Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In most cases, the orders will ship the same business day they were entered, excluding National Holidays. Orders can ship within 10 minutes of payment, as our shipping carriers make multiple pickups on a daily basis. If an order has already been shipped, Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC will be unable to cancel that order. If the cancellation process needs to continue at this juncture, follow the Return Policy steps as defined above. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any order that has been processed that is on the shipping dock awaiting pick-up.

Refused Shipments: All Refused shipments will incur a standard 25% Restocking fee plus all shipping cost including reverse shipping charges back to us levied by UPS.

Limited Warranty: Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC warrants that, under normal usage, its merchandise will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment unless otherwise noted. Any warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer unless otherwise noted. Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstance. Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging. Items deemed defective can only be returned for a replacement item as long as they are within the warranty period. Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSED WARRANTIES NOT OTHERWISE STATED AND INFLATABLES PLUS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

International Orders: The recipient of any Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC merchandise delivered outside of the United States or it's territories is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and/or import fees to the appropriate authority.

All credit cards originating outside of the United States must have the same name and billing address as the individual placing the order. Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC reserves the right to demand proof of credit card ownership and deny or cancel any order in which such proof is suspicious or cannot be provided.
